LOCATION
These two properties are located in the Otish Mounts in North Western Quebec where significant uranium deposit was discovered. Mont Otish properties are closed to actives companies namely; Strateco, Ditem, Cameco and others. These properties are located within 8 km from major uranium discovered in 2006 by Strateco.

OWNERSHIP
The company own 100% interest in theses properties.

DESCRIPTION
Bloc A comprise 25 cells covering 1,325 hectares located on sheet 33A01 north west of Strateco’s uranium discovery and adjacent north of Ditem Ress properties.

Bloc B: Comprising 17 cells covering 670.45 hectares located on sheet 23D04, north east of discovery.
