 |
 |
 |
DESCRIPTION
- The Heva property contains a mine abandoned in 1978 due to a dispute between the owners.
- The property has gold resources accessible by a 243 meters vertical shaft with more than 1,000 meters of galleries.
- The property contains an undiluted 757,013 tons grading 6.77 grams per ton Au classified as a drill indicated resource as it was calculated using an isovalue method.
- Further drilling done on this property shows a very interesting gold potential. Most of the drill holes were done less than 400 meters deep.
- Ore material previously processed from Heva Mine has demonstrated that this deposit does not have problems related to the presence of arsenopyrite and has gold recovery rate of 97% by cyanide process.
- Located near the Cadillac fault, a major fault associated with many gold mines in this area, Doyon, La Ronde and Lapa, the Heva property fits perfectly into Stellar's strategic development program in Quebec which is to acquire and develop properties at different levels of development
- The company has the option to gain 50% interest in the property

GEOLOGY
The property contains the Heva deposit estimated by Claude Larouche, BSc, MSc, Eng, (1985 GM-4786) independent consultant for New Goldcore Ventures and Amberquest Resources Ltd., at an undiluted 757,013 tons grading 6.77 grams per ton Au classified as drillindicated resources as they were calculated with an isovalue method. Detailed resource estimates and reports on exploration activities were filed by the concerned companies and are available at the Ministere de Resources Naturelles of Quebec for consultation.Ore material previously processed from Heva mine property has demonstrated that this deposit does not have problems related to the presence of arsenopyrite and has gold recovery rate of 97% by cyanide process. In 1952, 35,700 tons grading 6.93 grams per ton has been milled. Following a disagreement, the project was abandoned until 1978. From 1978 to 1987 Soquem, Goldcore Ventures and Amberquest resources had done some work on the property such as drilling and the vertical shaft and galleries.
The drilling done on this property shows a very interesting gold potential. Most of the drill holes were done less than 400 meters deep; one of the drill holes located under the main deposit at 395 meters deep, has intersected a porphyric sill containing quartz phennocrystals and feldspath and returned grades of 8.38 grams per ton in the two last meters. The Heva mine property fits perfectly into Stellar's strategic development program in Quebec which is to acquire and develop properties at different levels of development. After completing its option, Stellar will form a joint venture company with his partner in order to bring into production the Heva gold deposit.
OWNERSHIP
The company has the option to gain 50% by issuing 500,000 shares and make $500,000 of exploration in a 2 years period.
