Michel Lemay President and Chief Executive Officer Extensive experience in management of public companies, his past experience includes positions as President and founder of Arenagold Resources Inc., a public company involved in diamond and gold projects in west Africa, President of Searchgold Resources Inc. a company involved in producing diamonds in Guinea and completing feasibilities on a gold deposit in Gabon, President of Mirabel Resources Inc. involved in gold projects in Quebec, Canada. Graduated as engineering technician in 1973, he has worked as an independent manager for 18 years and has acted as a consultant in logistic and management of major mining projects in West Africa and Canada. He has participated in many trade missions in foreign countries and has directed mining operations in diamond and gold research during 8 years.
Jacques Trottier Director Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology from the École Polytechnique at the University of Montreal. He has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with a number of public mining companies. He is a member and former director of several professional organizations such as the PDAC and past President of the Professional Association of Geologists and Geophysicists of Quebec. He is the recipient of several honours and awards in academia, is popular guest lecturer and author of numerous scientific articles. He is also President and CEO, and Director of Sulliden Exploration Inc. (SUE) and CEO of Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. in Peru.
André Brouillette Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary He has 25 years experiences in management of business and retail concerns. He has a great experience in business development, marketing and financial management. He has also participated in many organisations in commerce and development of commerce in the province of Quebec.
Bertrand Dufour Director Graduated from Queen University in the banking field where he as work as branch director for 14 years. Also, Mr. Dufour was a finance controller of an important Medical Research Foundation located in California. He obtained with success a brokers licence at the "Institut des Valeurs Mobilières du Québec" in 1993, and then worked with the broker firm Leduc & Associates as an investment advisor. Since 2001 he has held important positions with mining companies with his participation in Mirabel Resources Inc and Augyva Resources. Mr. Dufour is presently a director of Emergence Resort Canada Inc and also, President of Amseco Exploration Ltd.
